This document explains what information we collect when you visit oryxova.com, how we use it and what rights you have regarding your personal data, in accordance with Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic and its complementary rules.

2. Data we collect
We only collect the information you choose to share through the contact form (name, email and message) as well as basic technical data such as browser language or the date of your visit. With your explicit consent, we may use third-party analytics and advertising services that collect anonymous identifiers.
3. Purpose of processing
We use the information to respond to your inquiries, improve the quality of the content we present and, where applicable, send you additional information related to your request. We do not sell or trade your personal data with third parties.
4. Consent and legal basis

9. Minors
The site is not directed at people under 18. If we detect that we have collected data from a minor without proper authorization, we will delete it.

We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes in our operations or applicable regulations. The current version will be posted on this page along with the date of the last update.
